A free Android app of short Hindu mythology stories, told with reverence and made for watching a few minutes at a time. Available in ten Indian languages: Hindi, English, Bangla, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam and Odia.

What is inside

• Kathas from the Puranas, the epics and living folk tradition, as short films.
• Panchang for your city, with tithi, nakshatra, Rahu kaal and the coming fasts.
• Bhakti: today's aarti and the Hanuman Chalisa, festival kathas on the day itself, and small ritual practices such as offering the aarti thali, a 108-bead jap mala and jal arpan.
• A daily practice streak, so a few quiet minutes a day add up.

No account, ever

There is no sign-in and no subscription. The app is free and supported by ads. Your choices, streaks and saved stories stay on your phone. What we measure, and what we deliberately do not, is set out in the privacy policy.
